Creating a Successful Succession Plan

The Central New York Community Foundation and the SUNY Oswego Metro Center are sponsoring a 3-part series for organizations that forsee having a turnover in a leadership postion within the next five years. Executives, board members and other key employees should plan to attend all three sessions.
